What exactly do you do for me?
We build and run a cold email machine that finds and emails homeowners for you, cleans your data, protects your domains, and feeds your acquisitions team qualified replies and booked calls. You don't touch the tech, copy, or deliverability. You just work the leads.
Who is REInbox best for?
Active wholesalers and investors already closing 1–3+ deals per month who want more deal flow without hiring a full-time marketer or burning cash on inbound marketing. If you're brand new and broke, this is overkill. If you have proof of concept and want scale, this is for you.
What are your pricing tiers?
Three tiers:
- Launch Build ($3,000 one-time): we set up the entire system and hand it to your team to run in-house.
- Pro ($2,000 Launch Intensive, then $1,500 / month): our core done-for-you offer where we build, run, and optimize the channel for you.
- Scale ($3,000 setup, then $3,000 / month): everything in Pro plus Meta Ads, multi-market expansion, a CRM subscription, and weekly strategy calls.
Do all plans have an upfront build fee?
Yes. Every engagement starts with a one-time build so your system launches on clean, verified data and warmed infrastructure. It is $3,000 for Launch Build, $2,000 for Pro's Launch Intensive, and $3,000 for Scale. That covers record verification and cleaning, domain and inbox setup and warmup, and your initial sequences and campaign strategy.
Is there a long-term contract? Can I cancel?
Our management plans run on a 90-day commitment, since that's where the data and optimization compound into real results. After the first 90 days you're month-to-month and can cancel anytime.
What do you need from me to start?
Three things:
- Access to your domains / DNS (or we spin up new sending domains).
- Any existing lists or data providers you use.
- A person or small team ready to call / text / close the replies we generate.
We can provide a CRM if you don't have one.
How do you handle compliance and homeowner data?
We verify and clean every email before sending, include proper identification and unsubscribe in campaigns, respect opt-outs, and centralize your data in the REInbox Portal. You keep ownership of your lists; we just clean, tag, and deploy them in a compliant, deliverability-safe way.
How is this different from buying a list or using Instantly with a VA?
Buying a list + VA = you own the risk on data quality, deliverability, copy, and follow-up. We own the entire chain: list verification, infrastructure, copy, sending, tracking, and KPIs tied to replies and deals. You're not buying "sends," you're buying a managed channel.
What happens if my volume is higher than the tier limits?
If you want more than the verified records included in your plan (15,000 with Launch Build, 10,000 new per month on Pro), we just add a clear volume block, for example +10,000 new verified records per month, for a flat fee. No secret throttling, and you always know what you're paying for.
